• "Dealer Network" refers to dealerships and their representatives utilizing RVAI’s Services.

• "AI-Driven Tools" refers to Brand Trainer, Compare Models, Inventory Recommendations, Sales Help, and Manufacturer Dashboard, among others.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use RVAI’s Services. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. SERVICES PROVIDED

RVAI offers AI-powered tools and automation solutions, including but not limited to:

• Brand Trainer – AI-powered sales education and training.

• Compare Models – Side-by-side RV comparisons.

• Inventory Recommendations – AI-driven insights to match RVs with buyers.

• Sales Help – Instant AI-powered responses to sales and product questions.

• Manufacturer Dashboard – A control center for managing messaging, data, and dealer engagement.

RVAI may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at its sole discretion.

5. DATA USAGE & PRIVACY

• RVAI collects and processes data to enhance AI-driven insights and improve user experience.

• Manufacturers and dealer networks have the ability to verify and refine their data within RVAI.

• RVAI does not claim ownership over any proprietary manufacturer data input into the platform.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

• You agree to use RVAI’s Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Users may not misuse, copy, distribute, or modify any AI-driven insights, data, or technology without prior written consent from RVAI.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, specifically St. Joseph County, and the United States of America.. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in St. Joseph County, Indiana, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). If arbitration is deemed unenforceable, disputes shall be litigated in the state or federal courts of Indiana, with venue in St. Joseph County.
